39 miles or 3 hours and 15 minutes of off road riding along the Genesee Valley Greenway, Finger Lakes Trail and dirt roads from Mt. Morris to Portageville and back. Great weather and views along the way.

Life is Good. Raced a cyclocross race in the morning (no pix, I went alone) but the course was fun and technical. Finished 26 of 29 but only 2 minutes from 23....

Sam and I spent the afternoon at the zoo for Zoo Boo, trick or treating in the... you guess it, zoo. Sam took the polar bear picture!

Tim and I visited the Trek Demo Days at the Dryer Rd. Park trails. There is no better feeling than crashing somebody else's $6,000 carbon fiber bike (I am OK, but Tim fell more than I did)

We also tried the road bikes, some with the new $2,000 electric shifters but we didn't crash those ; )
